- Choose the “with a jar” option if you are not yet in the jar swap program, to pay the deposit for the jar.
- If you already have a jar to swap choose the “without a jar”option, to avoid paying for the deposit again.
- If you have a jar to return, please ensure it is clean on the day of delivery.
- You will never need to deal with the deposit again, until you wish to be out of the program. You will then be refunded the deposit. Please not jars need to be returned to the store for a refund.
- 125ml, 500ml, and 1L jars can be interchanged without an additional deposit being required.
- Â Are you looking to Bulk Up and Save $$$ Find 10%Â saving 1.9L, and a total of 25% savings on 3.98L. On product, not jar deposit.

- Take the item(s) to the local merchant in their original and returnable condition. The merchant will review the item to confirm it meets their return criteria and confirm the return of the products.
- Refund Issuance
- Refunds are issued within 3 business days after the return is accepted, emphasizing our commitment to quick and satisfactory resolution.
