Couscous

Description

Couscous is a tiny pasta made of wheat or barley. Coarsely-ground durum wheat (semolina) is moistened and tossed with fine wheat flour until it forms tiny balls.
1¼ cups water or broth to 1 cup couscous. Bring water to a boil, add ½ teaspoon salt, add your couscous. Stir, cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
