Reshaping Body Image: A workshop to help us learn to accept our bodies for all that they are and all that they do

Let’s be honest, loving or even liking your body is hard these days! It might even feel impossible. Between opinions of loved ones, what we see on social media and the news, and medical advice, we are inundated with messages about what our bodies should and shouldn’t be. What if it were possible to feel more at home in your body, despite all of those messages?

We invite you to join us in an exploration of all that comes in between us and our relationship with our body, develop concrete strategies to start the healing process and challenge body shame. We will learn from experts in the field and also have a chance to engage in conversation and activities with fellow participants.
