The Customer Experience
Our Customers are the reason for our existence. The experience provided by our team enables us to assist you in creating a long lasting, healthy and happy relationship with your pet.
Our products are chosen with only your pets health and happiness in mind. We are constantly looking for new products and services to improve our offerings. As a part of the local pet cummuniityu we invite you and your friendly leashed pet to vist the stores.
Our team is made up of animal lovers and have experience, knowledge and training in regards to our products.
In some cases a return or exchange is required. Farm To Paw will refund your purchases returned in the original packaging with a receipt within 30 days from the Original Date of Purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased.
Food and Treats may be returned in original packaging, with the bags being at minimum 3/4 full. Open cans can not be returned to the store, if the product is defective please contact the store and provide a photo of the product, with the lot code and/or expiry date.
Raw Food may be returned to the store. Raw food can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase. The store will require the product ( or at a minimum pictures ) and explanation of deficiency as well as the lot code and expiry date.
There are some exceptions to our return and refund poicy.
Clearance Items, Special Orders, Beds, Muzzles, Cat Scratchers, Crates & Carriers are ALL FINAL SALE.
Defective products should always be reported to the store and all items will be treated on a case by case basis with management approval.
