At Kloepfer Framing and Gallery, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns.

Retail Items:

– You may return retail items within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.

– To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

– A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Custom Framing:

– Custom framing orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, as these items are specifically tailored to your requirements.

Non-Refundable Items:

– Gift cards and any specially marked sale items are non-refundable.
