1. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
2. Opened products are eligible for store credit only, within 7 days of purchase.
3. Refills are non-refundable once dispensed into customer containers.
Exchange Policy
1. Customers may exchange unopened products for a different item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase.
2. Opened products may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
3. If unsatisfied with a product, customers can exchange it for a different scent or formulation within 7 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special Considerations
1. Seasonal or limited-edition products are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
