Description
13⁄4 cups Potato Flakes, 12⁄3 cups water, 1/2 cup milk, 3 tbsp butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp salt
Mix water and salt in pot, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add milk. Stir in Potato Flakes and butter. Fluff with a fork.
